So, die letzte Aussage von deren Support war (5.1. 18.19Uhr):

"We know that it is a common problem with the programms that the keep the Connectionsicon in their memory. That is something we can not fix because we do not provide the programms.

Also our technical staff has already earlier looked into this problem and changed some settings. They have adjusted some settings but they could not find a specific problem.

But i have informed them about the problem and i will send them the email you send to me so they can look again. When i know something i will let you know."


Ich habe das Problem zwar immer noch, kann aber halbwegs damit leben. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses passt das schon.

Sollte sich der Support nochmals melden (was ich bezweifele) oder sich andere Lösungen ergeben werde ich mich melden. Solltet ihr eine Lösung finden wäre ich natürlich auch dankbar!
