Question: Is it possible to update an running account of 6Mbit/6month to 10Mbit/6month ?
I always used that 6Mbit account with an DL speed of 1200kb/sec. Now it dont work anymore. I only get ~780kb/sec.

At this moment there are problems with one of the servers, engineers are working to fix this issue.
