passwort ändern

Hallo
kurze Frage
Ich habe einen Flat account und nun kommt beim download, daß ich mich nur von einem Ort aus einwählen kann. SO nehme ich an, daß mein account wiederrechtlich genutzt wird. Wie kann ich mein passwort ändern?

Das Passwort kann nur der Gebruikhet-Support ändern. Also entweder PM hier an bullcat oder Mail an den Support. Wichtig: Du mußt eine gültige E-Mailadresse hinterlegt haben, ansonsten eine mit angeben!

yes, maybe I need a new password because some times I get the message (grabit) the account can use only from one place.

I can't believe it.
all the times before I never had a problem with other providers.
I don't know what's wrong now. I installed a new newsreader (alt.binz) and after this I had connected today. And now I want to connect again, but it's doesn't work.

Hat es denn erst mit dem neuen Passwort geklappt? Eventuell etwas eingefangen, das dein Passwort "verschickt"?

no, I use only SSL and I have only one account.
But I think, the account is ending at Dez. 20, so i can live with for this time.
But I think, for the service from Gebruikhet it will be better when the user can change his password byself. maybe you should to insert/install this option for the accounts.
